De Vigor 3300V+ is een betrouwbaar product met vier WAN poorten. Dit model combineert een VPN oplossing met een robuuste firewall, VoIP mogelijkheden, load balancing en een beveiligde management interface. De DrayTek Vigor 3300V+ biedt ongekende VoIP mogelijkheden. Door de modulaire opbouw is de router geschikt voor vele toepassingen die met traditionele telefonie niet mogelijk zijn. Het 19 inch model beschikt standaard over 2 insteekslots voor VoIP modules. Zo zijn er vier verschillende 4 poorts modules die onderling te combineren zijn, namelijk ISDN NT/TE module, ISDN TE module, FXS module en FXO module.

4 WAN poorten
De Vigor 3300V+ beschikt over 4 WAN poorten. Door gebruik te maken van meerdere WAN poorten op de router kunt u de netwerkprestaties, de schaalbaarheid en de betrouwbaarheid van de internetverbinding verbeteren. Via load balancing bepaald worden welk verkeer via welke WAN poort gaat en welke LAN poort er gebruik van mag maken. Op de 4 WAN poorten van de router kan fail-over/backup worden toegepast. Als één van de WAN poorten dus uitvalt, neemt de vooraf gedefinieerde WAN poort de taken over. Daarnaast ondersteunt elke WAN poort meerdere publieke IP adressen.
High Availability
De Vigor 3300V+ ondersteunt High Availability. Wanneer u twee Vigor 3300V+ plaatst in een netwerkomgeving kan er een master/slave configuratie worden gecreëerd. Mocht de master uitvallen dan zal de andere 3300V+, de slave, alles over nemen. Zo bent u altijd online.
VPN concentrator
De Vigor 3300V+ ondersteunt 200 simultane VPN verbindingen en beschikt over een speciale processor die alleen bestemd is voor het VPN verkeer. Hierdoor is de Vigor 3300V+ geschikt voor de grotere VPN oplossingen, denk aan het koppelen van nevenvestigingen met het hoofdkantoor of het koppelen van thuiswerkers met het kantoor.
Mulitple subnet
Het is mogelijk om met meerdere LAN subnetten te werken in de Vigor 3300V+. Hierdoor kunt u de 4 LAN poorten op de Vigor 3300V+ indelen in 4 verschillende IP-segmenten met elk een eigen DHCP server.
VoIP modules
De Vigor 3300V+ is uit-gerust met 2 VoIP module slots voor VoIP toepas-singen.
De modules van DrayTek die hiervoor gebruikt kunnen worden, zijn:
