De IVD (Intergrated Voice Device) is een combinatie van een 24 poort ATA en een 24 poort DSLAM. De IVD zet zowel een ADSL2/2+ signaal als een FXS signaal op de koperdraad, waardoor het niet meer noodzakelijk wordt om een modem/router met Voice over IP poorten te gebruiken aan de decentrale kant. Hierdoor vindt het management voor zowel de DSL als VoIP centraal plaats.
De IVD beschikt over 24 aansluitingen die kunnen worden gekoppeld in een stack tot 144 aansluitingen per stack. De uplink naar het internet kan plaatsvinden middels ethernet of glasvezel.

VigorAccess IVD 24 prtsMaster/slave configuratie
Door de ontwikkelde master/slave constructie van DrayTek kunnen aan elke master IVD, 6 slave IVD's worden gekoppeld. Hierdoor wordt een schaalbare infrastructuur gecreëerd die gemakkelijk te managen is. De VigorAccess slave IVD heeft 24 poorten per unit en kan door koppelingen eenvoudig worden uitgebreid tot 144 poorten. Mochten meer poorten nodig zijn dan is deze configuratie eenvoudig schaalbaar.
